1. When and how do I receive the photos?
Three days after the shooting date, I will send you a gallery of images so you can pick your favorites. Upon receipt of your favorites, processing time is two weeks. You will receive the edited photos in both resized files (for electronic use) and high resolution files (to print) through a private link.
Download links will expire after two weeks so please make sure to download your photos within two weeks’ time. Also please make sure to back up your photos because I don’t keep clients’ photos after delivering them.
2. Can you take good photos of me if I’m not good at posing?
Yes, definitely! It is my job to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, to direct you with posing and to give you feedback for the best shots. Even professional models would need posing feedback and directions from photographers, stylists and directors so no worries at all if you don’t feel confident with your posing now:)
3. Can I review the shots on your camera during or after the photo shoot?
I totally understand why you'd like to take a look at the photos (just like when you shoot with your phones), but my clients and I don’t review photos on my camera during or after the shoot for the following reason.
Professional photographers, myself included, shoot in RAW files which are like a basic draft or undeveloped films. In other words, what you see on my camera screen (colors, exposure and lighting) will be very different from the final edited images. Also, the camera screen is only about 3 x 3 inches, which is smaller than half the size of your iPhone. What might look good on the camera screen might not make the cut on a bigger screen and vice versa.
4. When and how do I pay you?
To secure your session date and time, a $100 deposit is required and payable via Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay. The rest is due on the day of the photo session, payable in cash or via Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay.
